Constitutional Acupuncture & Essential Oil Treatments Constitutional Acupuncture is a form of acupuncture that accesses the very deeply rooted conditions, patterns and traumas that are either from childhood, inherited (such as things that we consider “running in the family”), or so chronic that the Essence or what is called the Jing in Chinese Medicine is affected. These constitutional factors, if not cleared, will not allow full healing of a disease or pattern in relating to one’s life. Essential Oils being the essence of a plant, also access the constitutional level. I prepare special essential oil formulas that are to be applied on acupuncture points by the patient, to promote a more rapid healing.
